We are very excited to share a feature requested from 2022 by our users everywhere – the night mode feature.
Night mode for LyfePal App offers a welcome look on a very familiar experience being offered by most social media apps. It is designed to improve user experience, reduces eye strain at night and cuts glare.
While it is still a matter of preference, many users find it a better option than traditional display settings.

Removal of Blue Light and Reduced Eye Strain
The night mode setting decreases the overall screen brightness. Even though no study confirms that this mode reduces eye strain, it can be effective and cause less eye strain. Moreover, the blue light exposure is reduced in night mode. Blue light is found everywhere, from computers to smartphones.
Reduced Chances of Photophobia
If you have an abnormal intolerance to light, you might have photophobia. Some of the things that cause this condition are:
● Eye infections like meningitis
● Excessive light entering your eyes
● Medications
● Post-eye surgery
● Wearing contact lenses for a long time or incorrectly wearing them
It is a good idea to always your eyes, and protection can easily start by using the night mode setting on your mobile phone, computer, or an app. Thanks to this setting, the amount of light entering your eyes will be reduced.
Users on the Web, Android or iOS 7.0 or higher can use night mode by enabling it in system settings.
We hope everyone enjoys using the night mode, which is currently available to use anytime interchangeably with Day Mode. For more news on updates and how to use the app visit our blog.
